You have the opposite tremor of Parkinson which causes resting tremor. What you have is intention tremor which is probably more common and it may be present in many conditions such as thyroid problem, alcohol abuse and toxicity, medication adverse effect or cerebellar disease, etc. Please see your doctor for a thorough history and physical exam.

You appear to have a movement disorder, but this is not likely Parkinson's but more likely an essential tremor. See a neurologist, get fully evaluated, and confirm diagnosis. Treatment is highly successful usually.
