Get Checked: If Parkinson's disease runs in your family then it would be a good idea to get your handshaking checked. Depending on the findings you may or may not need meds. Occasional shaking of the hands is fairly common and does not indicate necessarily Parkinson's disease but you'll feel better if you check it out.
