Concerned about Parkinsons. My hands have been jittery when I try to use a fork (like very, very fine jittering). And my hands/arms shake when I try to open a pickle jar. No jitters at rest. I dont drink caffeine. Could this be early Parkinsons?

Is it possible i could have parkinsons if i get headaches all the time and nothing shows up on the mri, i drop stuff sometimes too like coffee, my uncle had it, im 60 and wondered if it was hereditary. wonder if my hands were shaking when i dropped i?
