I have internal tremor & at rest in r hand & l thumb,n r arm swing,forward strike r foot,general stiffness,acting out dreams& hallucinations when i awake.also pain in hips and shoulders,fatigue& stumbling words. does this sound like parkinson's?

Appropriate: Your perceptive description indeed is highly consistent with Parkinson's disease, and added to this is a REM sleep disorder. Would find a neurologist and start therapy. Presentation at your age is a little on young side, and may modify some of the pharmacological interventions.
