What's your opinion on using tylenol when starting oral diclofenac sodium until it's reached full effect and only occasionally or lightly afterward. i know that might be hard on the liver, but i never drink alcohol. maybe keep labs checked?

Diclofenac is an effective nonsteroidal antiinflammatory medication. It can be very effective for mild to moderate pain. If you start the medicine and use Tylenol as an additional pain reliever, it may help the pain but it also may make it more difficult to determine which medicine actually is helping your pain. Using the 2 medicines together for a short time would not be a big problem.
