Below my left testicle sometimes i can feel a what to say a rice/a slim thing i dont know to express it correctly but i can feel it mostly when i keep touching my testicle? it disappears sometimes but when i rub it reapper it cant be seen outside?

It could be a number of things. If it causes pain or enlarges or if you are worried pl. see a Urologist for it is difficult to say what it is without exam.
