Could simply: Be a small spermatocele. If it has been there a long time without enlarging or with any symptoms it is likely benign, but you might want to have your doctor check for you. However, if it is enlarging you definitely need to see your doctor.

Prob.. scrotal pearl: Scrotal pearls are calcified appendices testis or epididymis ; are remnants of fetal kidneys prior to development of our final kidneys. Scotal pearls can remain attatched to the testis or lis loose within tunica vaginalis of testis. Nothing to be concerned about, not abnormal. However continue to check your testtes in case of rare but possible tumor development.
