My newborn is 4wks old, he is fussy for 5hrs now, he not eating ive tried giving him 2oz and set him in the bathroom with warm steamed bathroom to see if it could help.. ive tried setting him on the floor on his belly to message his back. concerned?

Have him checked at ER. 5-hour long fussiness with poor appetite or refusal to feed in 4 weeks old newborn raises concern. The whole scenario does not fit to infantile colic.
