As long as you rinsed them with water and soap you should be fine. Lots of bacteria on the floor, but I doubt that too many stuck to the hard plastic. Cover your mouth with your hand next time to prevent such mishaps and the spread of germs.

Germs are everywhere when using your denture. When you eat ,when you take them out to clean them. As long as there was no blood or residue on bar floor your fine. When you get home wash the denture with hot water and dip denture in a antibacterial solution for a few minutes.
