yes. But infection can also. So I would use hot steamy compresses on eyes. Get lid wipes from grocery store like ocusoft lid wipes and wipe away allergens from lid margin. Take over the counter allegra, flonase and pataday drops. IF no imrovment, see PCP and eye doctor.
