Measles: Fever, mucopurulent discharge from nose & eyes, and facial swelling are symptoms of rubeola (measles). Most infants are vaccinated at twelve months of age so if yours has this is not the diagnosis. Some parents have been delaying or even passing on vaccination out of ill-founded fears. If your tot has not had his shot this could be measles.
