Advice: This really requires a complete medical and dental history along with x-rays and a personal clinical exam in order to try to determine cause. Having said that, I would do two things- first consult another dentist who comes highly recommended (General Dentist and\or Oral Surgeon) AND also consult a physician (preferably an ENT Specialist).
