A member asked:

Can allergies cause a low grade fever? research is mixed on that. feeling of warm face, plugged ears and some eye and sinus irritation. 99 degree temp?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Exposure to pollens or other irritating airborne substances can stimulate your immune system to cause symptoms of head and neck, throat, nose and earsymptoms as you have mentioned. Since the immune system is activated your measured temperature could be mildly elevated but remember that a temperature up to 99.6 degrees can still be within the range of normal.
