A sinus infection is usually limited to your sinuses. A dental infection from your maxillary posterior teeth can easily spread to your cheek if untreated. Have you seen a dentist or physician? Are you on antibiotics? If no to either/both of these questions, make appointments.

2 docs. You need to see a Physician, preferably a specialist otolaryngologist (ENT) to help eliminate your sinus infection. You also need to see a Dentist, preferably a root canal specialist Endodontist, to help address what sounds like a roaring dental abscess. Infections spread, rapidly, with unfortunate serious consequences. The ninfectionsnyou describe will not self-heal.
