I have an issue of pain on left side of brain with left eye throbbing pain last night with frequently occurring since last three years in an interval of one month or less sometime frequency of pain increased after having dizziness problem last year?

Although this could represent a migraine variant or a cluster headache onset, first, see your regular physician and get this examined. Medications exist to prevent such events if indeed this is a "vascular headache" process. A neurologist may be needed.
