It is not unusual to have that symptom when you change body position quickly even in young people. If your standing blood pressure does not drop and heart rate does increase right after the change, you have nothing to concern and you should avoid the abrupt change in body position. People with anemia, low volume, or autonomic neuropathy are particularly susceptible to this symptom.

You may not be drinking enough water and may be dehydrated. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. If that does not help, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
