postdromal migraine or brain tumor? mild pain on left side of head, ringing ears, ear fullness and dizziness for 4 days after week long migraine.

How about neither?: There seems to be an inexplicable epidemic of brain tumor anxiety among otherwise young healthy people. Like that furshlugginer ice bucket challenge that had the unintended consequence of an epidemic of ALS anxiety among otherwise healthy young people. - This may have been a viral infection that spread to your middle & inner ear. If it persists more than a few more days, see your doctor.
