I did a head mra in september of last year and this was what the radiologist said, normal brain mra without evidence of intercranial aneurysm, im still now feeling dizzy months later i have sharp bursts of pain on left side of my head should worry ?

Neuralgia: Your MRA results are reassuring that your symptoms are not due to intracranial pathology. I favor neuralgia, which is caused by an irritable superficial scalp nerve, as a cause of jabbing sharp head pains. A neurologist can advise you further about this and also evaluate your dizziness.

Neurologist: In person exam consul with a neurologist is strongly recommended to get accurate diagnosis and treatment! Also cardiac arrhythmia can be the course cardiology evaluation consult would be wise also
