I had a ct scan at a&e two days ago as i was worried about a bleed on the brain (or even a stroke) because of unusual throbbing pain in head and dizziness. the ct was okay but could it have missed a bleed or could it have happened since?

No and no: You have been evaluated re intracranial bleeds , you don't have them, now you can work with your doctor for the headache and dizziness, you may need referral to a neurologist, good luck
