dizziness, brain fog and head pressure on and off for three years. what could it be? can tension in neck cause this?

Stress related?: It may be stress related if you have appropriately ruled out medical causes by visiting appropriate MD's and following their recommendations. If your primary care physician can find no medical issues/concerns, a referral to a psychologist for stress reduction, relaxation training and overall wellness sessions may be helpful.
