Lactobacillus is a bacteria commonly on the surface of the skin. VERY RARELY causes UTI. Recovery in urine usually means specimen has been contaminated with skin bacteria. Need to provide another specimen

Lactobacillus is usually not pathogenic and unless you have other symptoms you do not have UTI. Please drink plenty of water and have your MD repeat a culture after afew days and follow directions to prevent contamination of specimen. Low grade fever has many causes, in your case does not seem to be from UTI ask MD to investigate.
