No treatment needed: Lactobacillus is normal in the genital tract and can easily get into the urine and show up on culture. It's almost certainly not hte cause of your UTI and does not need treatment. Also, you NEVER want to treat vaginal lactobacillus with antibiotics. Lacto is very important to vaginal health; getting rid of it causes bacterial vaginosis and increases risk of other infections, including STDs.
