I'm an 18 year old male with severe thrombocytopenia and anemia discovered on a cbc. bone marrow biopsy was normal. cat was normal. no viruses. no offending drugs. no lupus. any ideas of a diagnosis?

Possibilities...: How low were plts and hemoglobin? What ethnic group are you? Do you have a big spleen (if not done, need ultrasound or ct scan to look for big spleen which could cause the low counts) any other lab abnormalities? Have the conts been changing? Good luck.
