I had bone marrow biopsy and chromosome- crytogenics and fish testing done because of anemia rbc and platelets were low. platelets restored but rbc did not. my test were all normal. could i have chronic myeloid leukemia or would it be seen in testing?

. It seems like you have consulted a hematologist who did Cytogenetic and FISH studies. These should have provided an answer to the cause of your low CBC numbers. To specifically address your question about you having Chronic Myeloid leukemia(CML), I doubt it very much because CML manifests as high white blood cell(WBC) count and a cytogenetic abnormality call Philadelphia chromosome.
