If regarding cbc everything is normal but platelets=481 and leukocytes=11.1 and no any indications or symptoms,so is that need biopsy bone marrow ?

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, having all the CBC values would have helped. From the information you provided, there is no need for a bone marrow examination.
