I am 24 year old man. i have almond sized lymph nodes all over my body. my cbc levels are just above low in the borderline normal range. mono, ebv, hiv, and many of tests came back negative. should i get a biopsy or bone marrow test? please help.

Biopsy: Please see a specialist who can biopsy the lymph nodes as indicated. The concerns include chronic infection which is untreated or malignancy.
Other testing may include an immune workup.
