Complications after ear grommet and sinus surgery 3 months ago. i have intermittent whooshing in my ear, echoing when i speak and nasal/head pressure especially if nose has not completely drained after nasal rinsing. is this to be expected? thanks?

Yes probably from fluid and inflammation. Work on antinflammatories which help the most. Also speak with your surgeon and make sure nothing else is occurring.
