I all of a sudden yesterday had right side pain. i wouldnt say by my abdomen,more like on the side. i started having chills then eventually had a fever that got all the way up to 104 now its 99.0 this morning do i need to go to er still?

With your history of fever to 104 and pain in that particular area, it would be very important to check your urinary tract as well as other possibilities rather than wait for another spike in your fever and maybe even worsening pain. I would recommend that you go to either your primary doctor or an emergency department.
