Get seen STAT!: Fever for more than 3 days needs to be checked out to find out what is wrong. With abdominal pain as your symptom you may even have a surgical problem, like appendicitis going on. Or you could have diverticulitis or a kidney infection. Please get seen today for evaluation and any appropriate testing so you can get any needed treatment before things get worse!

? kidney infection: you need to see your doctor again for re-evaluation, it might be your kidneys, or something else, but you need evaluation, best wishes

Sweats, abd pain: Documented fever? Diarrhea , nausea? Would check for urinary tract infection, prostattis/urethritis, diverticulitis , may consider mycobacterium testing and get CT of abdomen to check for rare mass . f/u /w /doc
