Abd pain started 10d ago in luq, cbc/cmp normal, treated w/ toradol, better for 3days. now the pain got worse and expanded to whole belly, radiating to back, constant nausea (vomitted once), low grade fever/chills, dry cough. what could this be?

Abdominal pain: Many possible causes of abdominal pain, and your symptoms aren't diagnostic - so additional evaluation is needed. Possibilities include viral syndrome/gastroenteritis, gall bladder problems, peptic ulcer, spinal infection, etc.
