A brain bleed in the presence of a brain tumor is a life limiting event and massive complications and/or death follow usually. Limited cases are amenable for surgery, based on location and extent of the lesions. Complications are common following surgery as well as permanent loss of motor function.

Bleeding from tumors in brain usually are caused by metastatic tumors such as lung cancer, or melanoma, and are usually devastating You do not mention the type of tumor you possess and many primary masses such as meningioma would only rarely bleed. Sorry to provide dismal information, but these situations have at least a 60% mortality rate. Discuss your unique situation with a local neurosurgeon
