Should be ok: Unless specifically directed not to by your physician 1 to 2 alcoholic beverages 3 months out should not be a problem.

Probably ok: Alcohol is a mildly toxic to the brain, but as long as you're not having seizures or significant cognitive or behavioral problems from your brain injury, there does not appear to be any particular risk to drinking in moderation. Probably should double check with your doctor to be sure.

NO : With a brain injury i would advise that you should abstain from alcohol until your neurologist and neurosurgeon clear you. You are most likely on certain medications that do have an interaction with alcohol. Please seek their advice before drinking alcohol.
