Can surgery be taken when there is a 99% of bleeding in the brain. my father had hemorrhage stroke and neurosurgeon cannot do surgery due to alot of blood in the brain, so can they do it or not please i need to know they can save my dad or not?

Without seeing your father and his x-rays cannot comment. Work with your Dr. there. I do not know what 99% bleeding in the brain means in Fiji Dr terms. Never heard of it here.

Not sure what a 99% bleeding would mean in this context, but it sounds like the neurosurgeon is technically unable to intervene. That means they will be unable to save your dad. While hoping for the best, would prepare for the worst, see if there is a palliative care team that can take time and help with support and decision making.

Not conversant with 99% comment, but maybe can interpret as diffuse subarachnoid bleeding, and if so, surgery may indeed be fruitless at this point. Would, however, consider a bolt for intracranial pressure monitoring, use of medications and supportive cardiac and respiratory care. Cannot comment on prognosis without having a lot more information, but an EEG reading would help objectify.
