How long does endoscopic surgery for a skull-based tumor last? how long is recovery after the surgery? is this the same packing that is done after the same that is done for a nosebleed that will not stop bleeding?

Ask your surgeon: This is such a specialized procedure that the only one who should answer your question is the surgeon who will be doing the procedure. Having said that, it is not likely that there is any packing that would resemble what is done for a nosebleed.
