My right collarbone lymphnode never fully went away after covid shot.how concerning is this? been a little over a month since 2nd dose.popped up w/ first.moves,glides under finger.not visible.have to dig 2 find.how concerning?will see doc eventually?

By your description it has gotten smaller which is consistent with reactive lymphnode. It may not go away completely but you should not worry about it.
