2 large itchy insect bites near my collarbone, i was putting calamine on them and felt what seemed like a small moveable lymph node about 1 away . i went to the doc who saidhe did not feel a lymph node. could the bites cause a node to swell?

Lymph node : Enlarged lymph nodes near the collar bone can be a sign of very concerning conditions. I have found serious health conditions after others did not note small lymph nodes around the collar bone. Certainly, if the node goes away it could have been from a local, non concerning infections of the skin, like from an insect. If you feel a node near the collarbone you should speak to the doctor again.
