Feel v small, moveable,ball like structure closer to collar bone, right side. had covid shot a week ago and period started today. could this be more concerning? its tender and collar bone is sore. have to dig very deep and hard to find?

I am wondering if this is an inflamed lymph node? Did you have your COVID 19 shot on the right? Watch the area, but recommend that you don't dig deep to touch it as you may be inflaming area more.
