A member asked:

37 year old male, overweight, mild asthma, f2 gene mutation(clotting disorder). i have had 5 total covid shots. i had my first bivalent shot in october. should i get a 2nd bivalent shot? i technically don't qualify, but primary doc suggested it?

Your doctor may have suggested that because you know you are high risk, and there is waning immunity with time with the vaccination. You decide if you should based on your exposure, I mean if you live alone and hardly exposed to environment of predisposition you may not need it however if you go out frequently to places where there may be infected people it could still benefit you to take the vac.
