If my abdomen ultrasound report show a calcified granuloma is seen in segment v of right lobe of liver measuring 10mm do i need to worry or is it normal?

This is essentially a scar in the liver cause by old infection,autoimmune disorder,or certain medications usually. I'm not sure how serious this is as you only had one granuloma noted in the liver. Do you have any history of these disorders like TB, sarcoid? A hepatologist or gastroenterologist would be best to evaluate and advise you.
