I'm 46 and days after my period ended i'm having pelvic and back pain , never happened before , had my covid vaccine 4 days ago, i don't know if it have something to do with it but it's the only different thing i did. what can it be ?

I suggest to take Ibuprofen 200 mg x 2 tablets every 6-8 hours as needed for 1-3 days if you do not have any significant underlying medical condition and assume the pain can be related to the vaccine. However, if pain is persistent or getting worse you should see a doctor. You should see a doctor if the pain recurs with next month cycle and it means it has nothing to do with the Covid-19 vaccine.
