Persistent abdominal pain is always concerning and warrants an examination by a physician,surgeon or gynecologist. . Possibilities here include appendicitis, gall bladder inflammation, kidney stones, pelvic organ pathology. Being seen in the hospital emergency room may be best as prompt evaluation & testing are available.
