Milk production is enabled by prolactin released from the pituitary , and nursing may delay resumption of regular ovulation. It is important to remember that spontaneous ovulation will occur prior to menstruation, so if unprotected intercourse has occurred, get a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.

Consult your gynecologist. This may be normal or a condition requiring an eval.. I doubt it's from the vaccine
