Polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD) treated with progesterone type medication is not a reason to avoid Covid vaccine. Ask your gyn about switching to low dose oral contraceptives, which is the medication of choice with PCOD, as it stops the ovarian constant production of estrogen and later problems. See a fertility physician if pregnancy is desired at some point.
