Do you have any underlying medical problem besides the gastrointestinal symptoms? Gastroparesis - lazy stomach, is usually seen in patient with underlying disease such as diabetes, systemic scclerosis, etc. Besides upper endoscopy to rule out stomach and duodenal lesion, you will need more tests to confirm gastroparesis such as gastric emptying scan.
