Gall bladder: I recommend an evaluation by a gastroenterologist. It's possible that the gall bladder is diseased and responsible for the symptoms even though stones were not demonstrated. Sludge or other gall bladder dysfunction could be present. If a hida scan is done and is abnormal, consultation with an abdominal surgeon is advisable,also.

Gallbladder removed 3/6. No stones in gallbladder but HIDA 15%. same spasm type ruq pain persists after removal. ALT 245/AST 173 and has increased since surgery. Alk phos and bilirubin normal. US & CT normal. Could I have a stone stuck somewhere?
