Good morning.. i have been up since 3am with nausea n vomiting due to my gallbladder. i have had this problem for almost 4 years now and recently found out that i could replace a ensure for a meal . what would you recommend? will a ensure plus help?

You have not told us if your gall bladder has any stones or gets inflamed(Cholecystitis)? Using ensure as nutrition is fine and can provide adequate calories but you can only use it if your nausea and vomiting are under full control.
