Mushy food found during endoscopy plus mld gastritis.ate hard to digest meat but i fasted 13 hours after. symptom is epigastric pain. no nausea or vomit. regular stools or loose alternate. is gastroparesis for sure?

Not for sure: The upper endoscopy is only part of an evaluation for possible gastric motility issues. An abdominal imaging study as well as a functional study such as upper gi series or gastric emptying are part of the required work up. Your gastroenterologist will be your best resource going forward.
