Ultrasound: mild splenomegaly 13.3cm spleen. lesions on liver. liver has grown from 16.5 to 20cm. upper right quadrant pain for 3 months. bloodwork came back fine. seeing a hematologist soon but this all makes me nervous and not much sense. any help?

It is good that you are seeing a hepatologist. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. You may need a liver biopsy to settle the issue. Wish you good health!
