My wife has been referred to hematologist and i'm worried. she has been having abdominal pains and slightly enlarged spleen (14) and high wbc count?

Provide us the numbe: High WBC count can be due to many different reasons. If you can send us the report of the complete blood count(CBC) and the differential count, we can answer your question better. We need to know how high is the WBC count and what is the percentage of different white cells.
