I'm 31, female. just got over a bug. ultrasound showed slightly enlarged spleen (13.5). bloodwork is perfect. should i worry or ask for more tests?

Possibly: you may have had an Epstein-Barr virus infection, which can cause temporary splenomegaly. A recent infection may be proven by rising titers of IgG specific for EB virus or a positive IgM. Since your blood studies were normal I doubt further complications will occur.
